Troubleshooting

  • A page thumbnail looks rotated wrong after clicking rotate: The rotate button cycles 90° at a time — click it again to reach the orientation you want. The angle shown in the preview is exactly what gets saved.
  • Dragging pages to reorder isn't working smoothly: Drag directly onto the thumbnail you want to swap with, not just near it. On touch devices, drag-and-drop reordering can be less reliable than on desktop.
  • I accidentally removed a page: There's no undo — reload the original file to start over if you need the removed page back before saving.
  • "Save failed": The source PDF may be corrupted or password-protected. Try Unlock PDF or Repair PDF first.
