Troubleshooting
"Please select PDF files": Only files with a .pdf extension or PDF file type are accepted — other formats need converting to PDF first.
Two files with the same name are both in the ZIP: When two selected files share a filename, the tool automatically renames the later one with a "(2)", "(3)", etc. suffix so nothing gets silently overwritten.
"Failed to create ZIP": This is uncommon since files are simply packaged, not processed — try removing and re-adding the files, or check that none of them are 0-byte/corrupted.
The ZIP is still large: This tool only bundles files together — it doesn't compress the PDFs themselves. Run Compress PDF on each file first if you need a smaller total size.
