Troubleshooting
The download is much larger than expected: PNG is lossless, so file sizes are naturally bigger than JPG — switch the format dropdown to JPG if smaller files matter more than perfect quality.
I only got a ZIP, not individual downloads: Multi-page PDFs download as a ZIP of all page images together. You can also click any single thumbnail's download arrow to save just that one page.
"Conversion failed": The source PDF may be corrupted or password-protected. Try Unlock PDF or Repair PDF first.
Converting a large PDF is slow: Each page is rendered individually in your browser — documents with many pages, or a high scale setting, will naturally take longer.
